John Friesen serves as Executive Chairman of Friesen Group, continuing a legacy of leadership that spans generations. After serving as President and CEO for over two decades, John helped guide the organization through significant growth and transformation, expanding its services and strengthening its presence across Northern California.
In his current role, John provides strategic oversight and long-term vision for the organization, ensuring that Friesen Group remains grounded in its core values while continuing to evolve. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company’s culture, supporting innovation, and maintaining a strong commitment to the communities it serves.

Bob Paget serves as Chief Financial Officer of Friesen Group, bringing decades of financial expertise, operational leadership, and strategic insight to the organization. His career includes service as a Field Agent with the U.S. Treasury, earning his CPA license in 1993, and prior experience with Owens Healthcare, where he helped streamline operations and improve efficiencies across multiple business units.
After spending nearly 20 years co‑owning and operating a Herman Miller office furniture business in Northern California, Bob returned to Friesen Group in 2025 in a full‑circle moment. In his role as CFO, he provides financial leadership and operational discipline to support the company’s long‑term mission, growth, and stability.
