Redding, Calif. — [November 13, 2025] — Friesen Group, formerly Owens Healthcare, is pleased to announce key leadership updates that reinforce its commitment to growth, operational excellence, and continued service to communities across Northern California and Nevada.

Bob Paget has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Friesen Group, effective October 27. Paget previously worked with the company from 1999 to 2006 and returns with extensive financial expertise and a strong understanding of Friesen Group’s operations and values. As CFO, he will report directly to CEO Linda Edwards and oversee all financial activities across the organization and its subsidiaries. His leadership will be instrumental in supporting Friesen Group’s strategic and long-term growth initiatives.

Additionally, Todd Dodds has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Friesen Group. In this expanded role, Dodds will oversee all operating companies within the Friesen Group family, including Owens Respiratory, Wellscript Infusion, and Lifemed Long Term Care Pharmacy. Continuing to report to CEO Linda Edwards, he will focus on driving operational efficiency, executing strategic initiatives, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
